EIM has implemented new international co-operations in South Eastern Europe, participating in EuropAid funded projects aiming to create metrology & quality infrastructure according to the requirements of the World Trade Organization.

Specifically:

•  ΕΙΜ implemented a sub-project in Georgia aiming to support the Georgian National Agency for Standards (GEOSTMΕΙΜ and GEOSTM in the context of EuropAid is going to be extended during  

• ΕΙΜ implemented a sub-project in FYROM aiming to support the national Bureau of Metrology ΕΙΜ

Additionally, EIM initiated new projects for the calibration of national standards of the countries of the region. Specifically:
