Calibration services are mainly offered to calibration laboratories. In addition, calibration services are provided to third parties of the public and the private sector, especially in situations where their needs are not met by other calibration laboratories. All services are provided after an in-depth review of the technical requirements and availability of laboratory resources.

The main objective of the provided calibration services is the establishment of measurement traceability to the national standards. EIM has co-operations with a large number of organizations of the public and the private sector in Greece in providing services of calibration and support in metrology. In addition, bilateral cooperation has been established with organizations abroad and especially with the neighboring countries of the regions of S.E. Europe and E. Mediterranean in the field of services and know how transfer.
